The Greenwich Meridian – Paul Cutts – 23rd Sept 2012

Prime_meridianBy his own admission “lapsed geographer” Paul traced the line of the Greenwich Meridian from the point where it crosses land in the UK near Spurn Point all the way to the south coast. Beautifully illustrated the story of the Meridian interlinked with that of John Harrison the famous clock maker who devised a method of time keeping at sea, was engagingly delivered by Paul. Time just flew by as he recounted some lovely stories of his travels when travelling the line!
